What you'll do
Your job is simple: find the perfect apartment for each client. Day to day, you'll:
- Manage clients from first contact to lease signing
- Curate personalized apartment shortlists for each client
- Schedule and attend building tours across Broward
- Follow up via text, phone, and email throughout the process
- Work inbound leads. We bring clients to you
Compensation
Commission only, paid by real estate commissions. Hot leads, full training, and admin support behind you, so your time goes to closing, not chasing.
Not limited to rentals
From day one, you can take on sales, listings, commercial, and investment deals; this is a full-service brokerage. Whatever direction you want to go, the door is already open.
What we need
- Florida Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly)
- Reliable transportation for client tours in Fort Lauderdale/Broward
- Availability during business hours and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-discipline, organization, and persistence
- 1+ year in real estate, property management, or service (preferred but not required)
